Steven came to service my boiler, very clean and professional arrived on time and was no issues. I later discovered a leak coming through my attic into my bathroom what caused the electrics to trip ( this was NOT his fault ) previous plumber issue. He then came out in an emergency arrived 35 mins of calling, sorted the problem out in 5 minutes dried up the water and also disconnected the bulb from the ceiling. Can’t recommend him enough. Awesome job!

Literally just had Steven and Kyle out to look at our boiler here and got everything up and running in no time.

Really nice pair of lads and very informative and eager to explain what they're doing and advice for our own sake moving forward. Very accommodating when it came to fitting us in at short notice and even text a link to track their eta when on the way for peace of mind. Brilliant.

I phoned the Boiler Doctor (Steven) because I was having trouble with the boiler cutting out. By the time steven arrived 2 days later the fault had disappeared, but I had one radiator that refused to heat up. After running a few checks and diagnosing a faulty valve, this was quickly replaced. After restarting the system, Steven noticed that the flow through the radiators was not as good as should have been. After examining the pump, he found that the flow of water was very poor even on the fastest speed. This explained why several radiators were taking several hours to heat up and I had suspected the pump before. Steven arranged to return the next day and fit a new pump. Since then, the house has been heating up very quickly, so that I was able to have it come on later, saving energy. Because the system reaches temperature so much quicker, then switches off, I am saving even more energy that way, so thank you Steven for a job well done.

Steven came round to give me a quote and I could tell he was really trustworthy, he explained everything very easily and simply and was really up for answering all my questions. He responded quickly to give me a quote and get everything booked in too.
It was the cheapest quote I’d found which really helped with the decision-making process, and arrived promptly and did a really good job on the day.

The Boiler Doctor, gave us an appointment, just a few days from our request- it was not  an emergency .  He came on time, and very quickly fixed the problematic cold radiator.  It was something we had tried various things but could not resolve.  He kindly explained what the issue was, and how we could sort it out if it happened again.
What can I say, quick to respond, efficient, effective and very polite.
I know who I'll be calling when the heating plays up again.
