Brilliant.  A faultless experience from start to finish. Steve and his colleague arrived when promised, identified the cause of the problem immediately and fixed it successfully with minimum fuss and bother and at reasonable cost.

I found Steve and his apprentice Kyle, plus Haydn in the office, pleasant, polite, and totally professional. Really impressed with their competence and professional approach. Will use again, and also recommend. Replaced vertical radiator which was fitted very carefully, installed a new thermostat for combi, and serviced combi. Steve provided clear instructions (both visual and written) for thermostat. Boiler Doctor also visited in advance to quote which I appreciated. Many thanks for a job well done, that I consider excellent value!
