Emergency Callout

Saturday 23rd December,  you wake and your boiler and hot water are not working... Stephen was an absolute angel, answering his phone, helping to diagnose the issue over the phone, and advising me what part I could buy for a proposed Christmas Eve fix. I bought the required part (thank you screwfix for being open) and Stephen found an hour to ensure we were heated and hot water available. From call to working hot water was less then 4 hours. I 100% recommend,  Stephen is my go to for all things boiler related here on in. 5 stars does not cover how much his kindness today reflects his business professionalism.
