I contacted Steve remotely to fix a problem at my elderly mothers house, who had just returned from hospital and was being shielded. From the first instance Steve has been amazing; made time to pop round and check the problem, provided a straightforward analysis over the phone, quickly scheduled the work and was very accommodating of the situation. Very professional, very courteous, undertook the work exactly as he said, has been great to deal with and incredibly helpful - all over the phone. Highly recommended and a great human.
