So today I hit a goal
I've been going to the gym for about a year
I've being wrong myself daily and the goal was to get below 100kg
My diet is terrible and to be honest I don't push as hard as I could
The point is with small daily steps I still hit my goal
I could of done it quicker but I just kept showing up made a good choice of habit (there's been days I've walked in gone on one machine and walked out but I kept going
What goals can you achieve by moving forward daily towards them?
I feel the best (health wise) that I have for year's
